32) An Infected Person
Wolran Kim
I put my dog’s ID chip
Under my finger nail
Because I wanted to identify myself when I was lost
Because I wanted to keep myself safe like a security system
Because I wanted to operate myself as my cell phone
However, living means having troubles continuously
In one clear morning, I was infected by a virus
Someone must have attacked me
Through my artificial organ online
Hackers are ubiquitous
In this world rushing toward the worst program
I, with no brain, cannot duplicate myself
Data is input all night
Files
disappear even during the bright day
It has been a long time since I forgot the password of healing
God denied after service from the beginning
No one ever teaches us where the origin of charging is
We cannot trust the free antivirus drifting on the street
My space is filled with files that have never been upgraded
The hardware became frivolous from frequent downloads
Damaged programs became stray children in a paralyzed network
Settled memories gave up their power of control
Just like new species of influenza
Millions of bugs in the blood stream are faster than time
Even though resistant, nothing can catch up to the speed of variety
The brain, engine, cannot be started
The Slammer worm in my body reveals its weaknesses
Even though I cannot search myself by hypertext
It is impossible to turn off the power
A spot of darkness in the monitor of my eyes, this is right before shutdown
