Wishes for the Months

I wish you, in January, the swirl of blown snow-
A green January makes a full churchyard;

Thrushes singing through the February rain; in March
The clarion winds, the daffodils;

April, capricious as an adolescent girl,
With cuckoo-song, and cuckoo-flowers;

May with a dog rose, June with a musk rose; July
Multi-foliate, with all the flowers of summer;

August-a bench in the shade, and a cool trankard,
September golden among his sheaves;

In October, apples; in grave November
Offerings for the beloved dead;

And, in December, a midwinter stillness,
Promise of new life, incanation.

I wore the $5 hoodie I bought yesterday for a walk this morning. My legs felt cold, but the jacket was warm. Circulation is only possible when there is a difference, and without it, everything is doomed to disappear. So is society. Difference for circulation is different from discrimination for "not cycled", but many people do not make the distinction and seem to ignore the value of difference. If the differences between families for the cycle of the home are respected, it will be the sweet home.

Naturalness is the best value, especially in poetry.  It's like the sound of footsteps echoing through the hardwood floors upstairs. These are the six elements of poetry: upstairs, parquet, floor, echoing, audible, and footsteps.

Truth is to delivery, and lectures are to explain. Don't explain the truth. Because it is the truth.
