One More Trip to Never ever Land

I'm sure if I ever collected
my poems into an anthology
I'd have to call it something like
One More Trip to Nevernever Land.
That way everyone who's looking for
bitter truths and harsh realities, anger,
cuss words, and sexual allusions
would know not buy it.

Maybe I'd add a clause to that title:
"In Plain English." Then
the intellectual types couldn't
be too disappointed over
my decipherable vocabulary
and grammatical phrases.

For those who love details, however,
those who can tell from the streak
of dirt on a Lost Boy's faded
cut-off shorts that he really is lost,
and those who think of childhood
when they "think of a wonderful thought."
for all my Peter Pan soulmates,
this book would be for you.

Even if the cause lies with someone else, the solution lies within me. through these questions. Let's try it again but don't try to get a reward. This is the correct answer. Don't get caught up in feelings of unfair.

Life was not fair from the begining.

I should have known nowadays. Decades ago, a friend of mine gave me advice. "People are only active when it's profitable." I argued "no" and fought for hours. It seems that it is fair to pursue profit, and I thought that a fair deal becomes a lie. But i cannot live my life in gratitude for what is unfair of this world, chasing only those things that are profitable? It can't be till now.
