사랑이 다가와 밥상을 차려주면
게 눈 감추듯 밥 한 그릇을 다 먹어치우리라

생일보다 더 귀한 오늘이 있음을 고마워하며
마음을 열 수 있는 친구하나 있음에 눈물겨워 하리라

산책길 모퉁이에서 날 기다리고 있는 니엘 할머니
새해에는 반나절쯤 진득이 앉아 그녀의 얘길 듣고 또 들으리라

귀치않은 일도 기쁘게 해내며
친구가 보고 싶은 이유 하나로 비행기를 타리라

높이 날아야 멀리 본다지만 그것에 연연치 않으리라

새벽바다를 매일 만나러 가리라
밤하늘도 꼭 한 번씩은 올려다보리라

무리지어 살아도 종내엔 홀로 가는 길

When Love has come and prepared a meal before me,
