Rainbow flower
-copper mine-
Stepped on from trucks to dig copper
Trucks are five times larger
than cars
Deafened from dynamite
A yellow flower left alone
in the copper mine
The flower has no name
It does not want
to be forgotten to tell stories
of disappearance of friends
Decided not to pick it
The sound from the huge truck
chased away all squirrels, moose, elks,
And stripped gold, silver, zinc
and brass
Leaving one flower behind
Gathering mountain's pure powder
like dust
floating rainbow
let bloom grass-flower unnamed
on the cliff
