무서운 화마

맹수가 헐떡이며 입을 벌리고 질주한다

모조리 삼켜버린 포식

먹다남은 찌꺼기만 사방팔방 널부러져

쇠파리만 윙윙 거리는 데

새까만 재더미 위에

살코기 발가먹고 남은 생선 뼉따귀

앙상한 가시로 남아 있어

아픈 곳이 더욱 찔리어 흐르는 선혈

그 피 강물을 이룬다

마음마저 불이 붙어 활활 타 오른

새까만 숯덩이가 된 마음이어도

아름다운 그림을 그리며 하늘에 오른다.

*하와이 마우이 섬에 불타는 모습을 바라보며.......태풍으로 삽시간에 불바다가 된 섬에 갇힌 귀한  생명들 속수무책으로 처참하게 죽고 말았다. 114명이 죽었다니….앞으로 얼마나 많은 죽은 시신이 발견될 지 모른다고 하니  가슴 아픈 일이다….그 와중에 벌떼처럼 부동산 업자들이 땅을 사겠다고 설치고....도둑들이 도둑질하러 눈독을 드린다니 어처구니가 없다. 주여! 말세입니다. 마라나다! 어서 오시옵솟서!!

Scary Wild Fire

Outrageous predators scampered into human habitat

Gasping and swallowed everything at once.

Leftover garbage was scattered all over the place

And cow flies were buzzing and buzzing around.

On the black ashes,

There remain fish bones without lean meat

And it pricks sore at heart more as a haggard spine.

.

It makes a river of fresh blood and

It stains broken hearts with red blood.

Victim’s and survivor’s hearts were flaming with fire

And became lumps of charcoal and turned into fossils.

From the fossils, white smoke is rising up to the sky

Drawing a beautiful picture.

*Looking at ruins and remains on the ashes by wild fire in Maui Island,

  I am sorrow-stricken.
