저녁은 어쩔 수 없이 저녁이다

붉은 노을 울다 지친 가슴이다

하루를 돌아온 손끝에

잡히는 것 하나 없는

허허로운 몸살이다

신열에 젖어 어둠으로 돌아눕는 저녁은

어쩔 수 없는 저녁이다

64. An Evening Is .

An evening is hopelessly an evening

A heart of red twilight weary of weeping

An exhausting fatigue

never to be able to obtain anything

at the end of a day

An evening when one tosses in the dark with such a fever

is a helpless evening
