저 불바다를 어쩌랴

 

와서 살다 가는 빛

 

가지마다

은하 저편 수억 년을 건너 온

별빛들의 열림 그 아우성

 

누가 펼치는가

이 뜨거운 통곡을

What should one do with the sea of fire

that laments all along

 

The light that comes, lives, and then goes

 

On every branch

starlight shining and shouting

from across the galaxy for billions of years

 

Who is spreading  

all this grievous wailing
