작은 돌 하나

길을 가다가
작은 돌멩이 하나 걷어찼다
저 만치 주저앉아
야속한 눈으로 쳐다본다

어!
내가 왜 저기 앉아 있지?
수 많은 발길에 채이어
멍들고 피 흘린 것도 모자라
내가 나에게까지 걷어 차이다니.

One Tiny Pebble Stone

While treading on a road
I happened to kick a tiny pebble stone
Flopped down some distance away
It casts a bitter glance at me

Uh!
Why do I sit over there?
Kicked by so many  feet
Bruised black and blue, even bleeding
On top of those, now kicked by my own self?
