1962년 충북 청원 출생
경희사이버대학교 문예창작학과 졸업

2001년 제 3회 재외동포문학상  「낙타가 사는 집」  시 수상, 등단
2002년 월간 《광야》 신인문학상 「 집으로 돌아가는 새」소설 당선
2004년 계간 《현대인》「 자연과 삶이 융화되는 사랑의 詩學 -안도현론」평론 추천
                       「기쁨을 위한 깨달음의 성찰 -정호승론」 평론 추천, 완료
2005년 계간 《시와 시학》「낙타는 사막을 벗지 않는다」외 4편   시 추천 당선
2009년 《현대문학사조》 「풍장(風葬)」외 3편 무원문학상 수상
