3월에 지은 시

The cock is crowing,

The stream is flowing,

The small  birds twitter,

The lake doth glitter,

The green field sleeps in the sun.--

닭은 울고,

시냇물은 흐르고,

작은 새들은 지저귀고,

호수는 반짝이는데,

푸른 초원은 햇볕속에 잠든다.
