6집 한,영 시집은 좀 달리 출판되었다.

1975년  남편을 만나 2년후 미국와서 결혼을 했으니

올해로 남편을 만난지 40년.

시집에 올려진 한,영 시들은 내 삶의 진실한 발자취로

40년 사랑의 시를 선택해서 묶었다.

그래서 자축 기념시집으로 남편을 만날 당시의 사진부터

현제까지의 사진 32장을 칼라로 삽입하였고

시 평설을

한사람에게서 받기보다는 3분에게서 단평을 받고

독자 3사람으로 부터 내시를 일고 공감한 느낌과 축시를 받았다.

그래서 이시집은 나에게 특별한 시집이다.

아래의 시는 아들이 고교졸업때 남편과 나에게준 시 이다.

For My Parents

Over the past 18 years.

I had many struggles

Some I won others I lost

I grew up, matured became wiser

Yet still, Iwas a child who needed help

But whenever I needed help,

Strength or courage,

You were there

Mommy, It was you who taught

Me to always work hard

Daddy, you made me settle for

Nothing but excellence

These words are but a faint echo of

What you deserve, but still,

Thank you for everything
