새삼스럽게 너와의 시간들이 얼마나 귀한 생각이 들던지.
네가 시애틀로 돌아간후 한참동안 추억에 잠겼었어.

대학시절 벽만한 캔버스에 그린 너의 그림,
결혼전 너의 Bible Study QT 노트,
Torrance집에서 구워준 너만의 특별 된장소스의 Chicken 바베큐,
Velvet Turtle에서의 네 임신축하 저녁(지금은 없어졌어),
San Diego Zoo에서 아이들에게 봉사한 날,
생각나?
눈사태 때문에 일주일동안
시애틀 너희 집에 갇혀서 9명이 와글 와글 밥 끓여 먹던일?

내가 아플때 일부러 시애틀에서 내려와 Susan과 지어준 요리,
버클리에 들려 유진이와 태진이에게 Korean BBQ 원없이 먹여준일,
등등등 ......

“Catch Up”한다며 온가족과 함께 요번에 방문해 준것,
정말 이번 너와 네 가족과의 만남은 나에게 큰 기쁨이었어.
사람들과의 관계에서 늘 내가 먼저 “catch up” 하다가
내가 “Initiating”을 받는 입장이 되니까 얼마나 위로가 되던지.
