수 천 수 만의 꽃이 있어도
당신 입김으로 피워 낸
꽃 만큼 이쁠까

아픈 내 얼굴 어루만지며
'에구! 이 이쁜 얼굴,
아까워 어쩌나'
나 보다 더 아파 글썽이시던

지난 해
별이 되신
내 어머니.

Yet, could any be as pretty
As the one tendered to bloom with Her own breath

Stroking my aching face*
"Oh my, this beautiful face,
Good heavens, what a waste"
Teary eyed far more saddened than me

My Mom who
Became a star
Very last year.
